Creating a mirror-smooth, easily sandable surface is exactly what the Acrylic filler is good at! The Spraymax acrylic filler has a high filling capacity and does not sag quickly. It can be sanded excellently after 15/20 minutes. Both wet and dry.
This acrylic filler adheres perfectly to surfaces such as steel, galvanized steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, polyester and KTL, MDF and old paint layers. Of course, you have cleaned and sanded all surfaces thoroughly. If you are going to spray plastics, use 680009 first.
Processing the acrylic filler is not difficult. Of course, shake well for 2 minutes first. Working in several thin layers is better for the drying process. Wait about 5 minutes in between before applying the next layer. You can adjust the spray pattern to your object with the adjustable variator cap. After you have allowed the acrylic filler to dry for about 15/20 minutes, the base layer can be sanded or even sprayed over with the desired color. This can be a 1K or 2K product. Even a water-based paint can be used on this surface. The spray pattern is actually the real reason to buy SprayMax. There are more aerosol cans with good contents. These just don’t spray like SprayMax. The patented technology ensures a very fine atomization and little overspray. Due to the higher working pressure, much less spray dust is flying around. So this cannot fall into your work! SprayMax aerosol cans also maintain their constant working pressure until the last drop. It is the only aerosol that can be compared to a spray gun in terms of processing.
Can be repainted with all common 1K & 2K paint systems, both conventional and water-based.
