The FillMax Serial is a fast electric filling machine that is specially made for filling large batches per color. The paint goes into a stainless steel funnel with a capacity of 1 to 5 liters. You can fill 48 aerosol cans without adding more. That’s nice!
The thrust of the motor is infinitely adjustable. For convenience, you only need to adjust the settings once in the beginning. Of course, depending on the type of paint and viscosity. You have the option to adjust the thrust as desired. This handy function also allows you to fill paint pens or other small containers very quickly and cleanly.
With all these features you can make 240 pieces per hour, with just one person operating the machine.

ATEX-INFO

The FillMax Serial is not suitable for placement in EX zones.
Production with the FillMax Serial does not cause any formation of gases or risk of explosion
Filling therefore does not produce an ‘explosive atmosphere’
Preferably use the FillMax Serial in combination with local mechanical extraction. This is not to remove ‘explosive atmospheres’, but for the health of the people.
Ask yourself why the FillMax Serial should be in an ATEX zone.

Service informatie

We produce the FillMax machines in the Netherlands. All parts are available from stock.

If there is a malfunction, we will proceed as follows:
You register the machine with us by emailing the completed repair form to info@fillmax.eu. This allows us to collect the parts needed in advance.
We will have the machine with a malfunction collected from you. You package it exactly as it arrived new to you.

We check the fault and repair your machine.
If the malfunction is a warranty case, we will exchange the machines in the same way. The costs are for FillMax.
If the malfunction is due to user error, we will calculate the repair and transport costs after consultation.
