The Belton Primer for wood is a filling primer as a pre-treatment on untreated wood.
This acts as a fixative and ensures that the color varnish is not absorbed by the wood, but covers immediately with the first layer.
This means less color varnish is needed.
This property also makes the primer very suitable for cardboard or paper, for example.
After it has dried, it can be finished with any varnish.
